You have to be an organisation owner or admin in order to make these changes.
In order to monitor activities in Grape you can access the statistics of your users.

Settings
Click into the gear symbol on the top left and choose "Organisation settings" in the dropdown-menue.

Statistics
Click on "Statistics" on the left sidebar.

2 areas to choose from
- "Onboarding" - displays how many users were already had proper onboarding and who still need support to get along with Grape.
- "Analytics" - displays the most common usage, activity, and growth statistics for Grape.

Insights
You can change the statistics period in "Analytics" in the "Statistics over time" section by clicking on the date.
